Corporate finance faces structural limitations such as high intermediation costs and low liquidity. Asset tokenization on distributed ledger technology offers new horizons, yet strategic understanding remains fragmented. This study formulates an integrated conceptual framework of tokenization models, opportunities, and challenges in corporate finance. A meta-synthesis approach following Sandelowski and Barroso's six-step protocol was adopted. From 48 initial articles, 45 were included after CASP quality appraisal and reliability testing (Cohen's Kappa). Inductive thematic analysis was conducted using MAXQDA, with coding reliability confirmed via Fleiss' Kappa. Synthesis yielded 95 conceptual codes, 15 analytical themes, and 3 overarching themes. Five tokenization models emerged: debt, equity, physical asset, revenue-based/royalty, and hybrid tokens. These create five strategic opportunities: financial efficiency, deep liquidity, capital structure flexibility, radical transparency, and governance transformation. Five intertwined challenge layers exist: legal-regulatory, technical-security, market-economic, organizational-cultural, and social-ethical. The pivotal finding reveals non-linear feedback dynamics among these dimensions—challenges drive model innovation while opportunities gradually mitigate challenges.
