The sustainability of public participation is critical for social and non-governmental organizations to achieve their missions. However, maintaining this participation is fraught with complex challenges related to trust, communication, and transparency. This study aims to develop an integrated model for sustaining public participation within the Keramat Razavi Foundation. Adopting a qualitative, descriptive-exploratory approach, this applied research collected data through semi-structured interviews with 17 senior managers and experts from the foundation, selected via purposive and snowball sampling until theoretical saturation was reached. The data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis, facilitated by ATLAS.ti 7 software. The trustworthiness of the research was confirmed through Lincoln and Guba's criteria, and the reliability of the coding process was established with a Cohen's Kappa coefficient of 0.80, indicating very good agreement. The findings resulted in an integrated model comprising seven main dimensions: Dynamic Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Image, Communication System, Promotional Policies, Strategic Collaborations, and Performance Measurement & Transparency. Furthermore, given the pivotal role of the communication system, its operational process was designed and presented based on the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard.
