Dynamic capabilities are among practical and important topics in the field of strategy management, and for organizations that want to survive in the field of competition; they understand this concept and its mechanism well. The study of dynamic capabilities is vital in a technological company. It is a pioneering trend that is expected to be effective for the realization of dynamic capabilities. This research examines the question of how much the pioneering tendency affects dynamic capabilities in the form of three capabilities: absorption, adaptation, and innovation. Inter-organizational relations have also been examined in this research as a change. Therefore, this research examines the question of how much the pioneering tendency affects dynamic capabilities in the form of three variables: absorption, adaptability, and innovation. The variable of inter-organizational relations has also been investigated as a moderating variable in this research. The research is applied and survey in terms of method. The statistical population includes the managers of active units in Khorasan Razavi Science and Technology Park. The number of these companies was 453 during the research based on the inquiry from this company's website. The sampling method was based on non-random sampling. According to Klein's thumb sampling method, the number of samples required to perform the analysis is equivalent to 5 to 15 times the number of items in the questionnaire. With the follow-ups, 145 acceptable questionnaires were used for data analysis. The questionnaire validity and reliability were confirmed. Data analysis using the method of structural equation modeling in the form of PLS software showed that the pioneering tendency has an effect on the ability to absorb, adapt and innovate the companies of Khorasan Razavi Science and Technology Park. The inter-organizational relationship of companies also strengthens these relationships as a moderating variable.
