Success in innovation and creativity depends on knowledge sharing. The literature of the past has mainly identified and investigated the organizational and environmental factors that affect knowledge and creativity, but now to pay attention to the analysis of personal determinants such as personality traits (such as politeness, chivalry, altruism, conscientiousness, manners social) has been changed as the antecedents of individual commitments in knowledge activities and related to creativity. In this research, an attempt has been made to analyze and investigate the effect of knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behaviors on the creative behaviors of employees in Saderat Bank of Mashhad. In order to achieve this goal, three types of interconnected questionnaires for evaluating the level of creativity (Randsepp, 1979), knowledge sharing (Chang et al., 2013) and citizenship behavior (Organ & Konovsky, 1990) were administered online to 384 employees of bank branches. The export of Mashhad was placed. In terms of purpose, this research is practical and in terms of implementation, it is part of correlational research, The information collected for this research was analyzed using SPSS software package. The analysis of the research data is descriptive and inferential in two ways, using the two-step method of Hulland (1999) for partial least squares modeling. The results of the research findings indicated that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on the emergence of creative behaviors among the employees of Saderat Bank. Also, the impact of organizational citizenship behaviors and its components, except conscientiousness, on the occurrence of creative behaviors among the employees of Saderat Bank was also confirmed.
