Abstract
Enriching the work-family relationship has called into question the concept of work-family conflict. In other words, a new orientation has been formed regarding the work-family relationship. Enrichment of the work-family relationship is defined by the extent to which the experiences of one role improve the quality of life in the other role. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of job recreation on enriching the work-family relationship: the mediating role of conflict in work. This research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method and nature of descriptive-survey correlation. The statistical population of this study consists of nurses of public health centers in Mashhad. Due to the prevalence of coronavirus, the available non-probability sampling method was used. In this study, in order to collect information, the standardized Chahadohari and Rastoghi (2018) questionnaire was used. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean, frequency percentage) using SPSS software version 19 and inferential statistics (structural equation method) using PLS software. The results showed that job re-creation has a positive and significant effect on enriching the work-family relationship. The results also indicate a significant mediating role in the relationship between job regeneration and enrichment of the work-family relationship of nurses.
