      <title>Business strategy design model in knowledge-based information technology companies in the innovation ecosystem by mixed approach</title>

      <description>The aim of this study is to design a model for formulating business strategies for knowledge-based information technology companies. The research method is applied in terms of its purpose and mixed in terms of implementation method, and descriptive-exploratory in terms of research implementation strategy. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes 14 experts in the field of strategy formulation and information technology, who were selected using a purposeful judgmental method. The statistical population in the quantitative section includes 120 information technology companies, of which 49 companies were selected as samples using a cluster sampling method. The data collection tools in the qualitative section are semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire. Qualitative data were analyzed using the content analysis method and quantitative data were analyzed using the factor analysis method and SPSS software. Combining the findings from the content analysis and factor analysis led to the identification of a business strategy formulation model in knowledge-based information technology companies. The main validated themes of the model include strategy-related components, environmental and ecosystem components, market-related components, and innovation-related components. The results show that the most influential theme on the formulation of business strategy of information technology companies is the strategy-related factor.</description>

      <title>Effect of information technology governance on organizational agility with the mediating role of IT Strategic Alignment and organizational innovation capabilities (Case Study: Razavi Khorasan Province Customs)</title>

      <description>The agility of the organization is one of the necessities of today's world to perform their mission in the best way. Organizational agility requires a variety of factors. This research aims to investigate the impact of information technology sovereignty on organizational agility with the role of media technology orientation mediating and organizational innovation capabilities. The research is applied in purpose and in terms of type, descriptive -survey. The data collection tool is the standard questionnaire whose content is validated by the professors and the analysis of the structural load analysis. Also used to measure the reliability of the Cronbach alpha and the compositional reliability coefficient. The statistical population of this study is the staff of Khorasan Razavi Customs, including Mashhad, Sarakhs, Dogharoon, Bajgiran and Lotfabad customs. The sample size was determined by the formula of Cochran 152 people. The sampling method has been a class available. Structural equation modeling is used to review the hypotheses in the Smart PLS software. The results showed that the rule of information technology, the strategic orientation of the organization's innovation and the capabilities of the organization's innovation affect organizational agility, respectively with path coefficients of 0.234, 0.238 and 0.375. The governance of information technology also affects the strategic orientation of information technology and the organization's innovation capabilities, with path coefficients of 0.825 and 0.741. In this study, the role of the strategic orientation of information technology and the organization's innovation capabilities was confirmed, with path coefficients of 0.233 and 0.278.</description>

      <title>The Effects of Job Demands and Resources on Job Satisfaction, Examminng the mediating Role of S.O.C. Strategies, Burnout and Job Engagement</title>

      <description>This research has investigated the effects of job demands and resources on job satisfaction with the mediating role of S.O.C. strategies, burnout and job attachment among teachers in Torbat-Haidaria. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection and based on structural equation model. Considering the size of the statistical population, the result of Cochran's formula for calculating the sample size is equal to 200, out of the 200 distributed questionnaires, 194 questionnaires were returned, among which 191 questionnaires are valid for analysis. Based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the reliability of job satisfaction questionnaire is equal to 0.872, job attachment is equal to 0.852, job burnout is equal to 0.883, job demands is equal to 0.843, job resources is equal to 0.780 and SOC strategies are equal to 0.802. Also, despite the fact that the type of research is a descriptive research type that is collected in the form of a survey and the research tool is a questionnaire, confirmatory factor analysis has been used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that job demands have a significant positive and negative relationship with job burnout and job attachment, respectively. Job resources have a significant negative and positive relationship with job burnout and job attachment, respectively. Also, job burnout has a negative significant relationship with job satisfaction and job attachment has a positive significant relationship with job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job burnout and job attachment moderate the relationship between job demands-resources and job satisfaction. Considering the mediating role of burnout, SOC strategies and job attachment in the relationship between job demends and job resources with job satisfaction, interventions should be implemented to increase job satisfaction and promote a positive mental state.</description>

      <title>Investigating the impact of strategic entrepreneurship and marketing capabilities on organizational performance with the mediating role of competitiveness</title>

      <description>The changing and dynamic environment has caused organizations to constantly look for a way to improve their performance for survival and success, and as a result, investigate newer variables and factors. Meanwhile, it is necessary to pay attention to strategic entrepreneurship and marketing capabilities to improve performance.Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of strategic entrepreneurship and marketing capabilities on the performance of the organization with the mediating role of competitiveness in Tos Industrial Town of Mashhad. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of implementation method. The statistical population in this research is the managers of the companies located in Tos Industrial Town of Mashhad, whose number is 460, and the sample size equal to 210 was selected by simple random sampling method.The tools used in this research were standard questionnaires about research variables. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaires, the questionnaires were given to experts and knowledgeable people in the research issues to express their opinions. The reliability of the questionnaire was also obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient above 0.7, which means that the tool has adequate reliability. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used to analyze the data.First, in order to analyze the demographic characteristics of the target sample, the parameters of descriptive statistics, including frequency tables and graphs, were used in the test of research hypotheses, using PLS software, using structural equations and confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that strategic entrepreneurship and marketing capabilities have an impact on the organization's performance. Also, competitiveness mediates the impact of strategic entrepreneurship and marketing capabilities on organizational performance.</description>

      <title>Investigating the Effect of Job Crafting on work-family enrichment: Mediating Role Work Engagement (Case of: Mashhad public health centers)</title>

      <description>Enriching the work-family relationship has called into question the concept of work-family conflict. In other words, a new orientation has been formed regarding the work-family relationship. Enrichment of the work-family relationship is defined by the extent to which the experiences of one role improve the quality of life in the other role. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of job recreation on enriching the work-family relationship: the mediating role of conflict in work. This research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method and nature of descriptive-survey correlation. The statistical population of this study consists of nurses of public health centers in Mashhad. Due to the prevalence of coronavirus, the available non-probability sampling method was used. In this study, in order to collect information, the standardized Chahadohari and Rastoghi (2018) questionnaire was used. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean, frequency percentage) using SPSS software version 19 and inferential statistics (structural equation method) using PLS software. The results showed that job re-creation has a positive and significant effect on enriching the work-family relationship. The results also indicate a significant mediating role in the relationship between job regeneration and enrichment of the work-family relationship of nurses.</description>

      <title>The role of cultural capital in organizational knowledge sharing strategies through the mediation of perceived organizational support: A structural analysis</title>

      <description>AbstractThe main objective of this study was to investigate the role of cultural capital in knowledge sharing through the mediation of perceived organizational support among junior high school teachers in Mamasani city. The present research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study was 420 junior high school teachers in Noorabad Momsani city. To determine the sample size, Morgan table was used and 225 people were considered as the statistical sample size. The sampling method was stratified random. To collect information, Bourdieu's Cultural Capital Questionnaire (1977), Vatankhah et al.'s Perceived Organizational Support Questionnaire (2017), and Dixon's Knowledge Sharing Questionnaire (2000) were used. To determine the validity of the questionnaires, a number of expert professors in this field were consulted and finally, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. To confirm the reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, and the results were 0.801 for knowledge sharing, 0.839 for perceived organizational support, and 0.845 for cultural capital, respectively, indicating acceptable reliability for these questionnaires. Correlation, regression, and structural equation methods based on SPSS27 and PLS3 software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the role of cultural capital in knowledge sharing through the mediation of perceived organizational support in teachers was positive and significant.. Therefore, it is appropriate to pay more attention to the variables of cultural capital and perceived organizational support in order to share knowledge in the target community.</description>

      <title>Analysis of Educational Competencies of Faculty Members with Strategic Thinking in the Era of Digital Transformation and Smart Technologies in Higher Education: A Phenomenological Study</title>

      <description>AbstractThe rapid digital transformation and the expansion of smart technologies in higher education have reshaped the educational roles and competencies of faculty members, confronting them with new expectations in teaching and learning. This study was conducted to explore the lived meaning of this transformation from the viewpoint of university instructors and to identify the educational competencies required in the current era. Employing a qualitative approach and a descriptive phenomenological method, the research engaged 14 faculty members from universities in Mashhad, selected through purposive sampling based on their experience teaching in digital environments. Data were collected through in-depth, semi-structured interviews and analyzed using Colaizzi&amp;amp;rsquo;s seven step method. The analysis yielded 327 significant statements, 84 formulated meanings, four main themes, and fourteen subthemes. Findings indicated that faculty members&amp;amp;rsquo; experiences of digital transformation encompass four categories of competencies: cognitive&amp;amp;ndash;analytical competencies for coping with change, professional&amp;amp;ndash;digital competencies for teaching in smart environments, operational competencies for managing digital classrooms, and developmental and future oriented competencies. The results reveal that digital transformation is not merely a change of tools for faculty members but a multilayered process involving mindset reconstruction, role redefinition, the development of hybrid skills, and the formation of a new professional identity. Accordingly, educational policymaking should give special attention to the systematic development of digital competencies, organizational support, and empowerment programs grounded in faculty members&amp;amp;rsquo; lived experiences.</description>

      <title>Analyzing the relationship between jihadi management with social health and perceived social support with a strategic approach</title>

      <description>The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between jihadi management and social health and perceived social support among secondary school teachers in Momsani city. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of this study was 609 secondary school teachers in Noorabad Momsani city in the academic year 1403-1404. The Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. Based on the aforementioned table, 204 people were considered as the statistical sample size. The sampling method was stratified random. In this study, the Hoy and Feldman social health questionnaire (1996), Shariatmadari Jihadi Management questionnaire (2015), and Vatankhah et al. (2017) perceived social support questionnaire were used to collect information. For validity, a number of professors, including the supervisor, were asked about the questionnaire and its questions, and finally, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. To confirm the reliability, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient used was 0.799 for social health, 0.812 for perceived social support, and 0.794 for jihadi management, respectively, which indicated acceptable reliability for these questionnaires. The correlation method based on SPSS27 software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between jihadi management and social health and perceived social support in teachers.</description>
